THE TECHNOLOGY IN ACTION

Four steps, from sunlight to stored power

Renewable or grid electricity is converted into stored heat and used to provide electricity when needed.

♨HEAT

Electricity in. Held as heat, not lithium.
Electricity out — and round again,
6,000 cycles. That is the cycle built to
stay on forever.

Renewable
power charges it

Your solar, or the grid,
powers the system up.

It heats a
coil in the gel

That electricity heats a coil
inside a patented chemical gel.

The gel stores
the heat

The gel holds that heat for
a long time, ready to use.

Heat becomes
electricity

When you need power, the stored
heat becomes electricity again.

FROM ENQUIRY TO INSTALLATION

From the first site visit to power on

CeyCell is more than a battery selection. Here is the six-stage customer journey described in the original website, presented with clear steps and a practical handover.

  1. Site visit and evaluation

We visit your property to understand which appliances and systems need uninterrupted power, where the unit can be installed and how your site uses electricity.

  2. System design

Our technical team evaluates the site loads, space and the proposed solar or grid connection before recommending a suitable CeyCell configuration.

  3. Quotation and proposal

Receive a written, site-specific proposal covering the recommended equipment, installation scope and applicable costs. Final sizing is confirmed after assessment.

  4. Manufacturing and assembly

The original CeyCell materials describe manufacturing and assembly by Power Hands Energy in Ragama, Sri Lanka. Confirm current product configuration and lead time with the team.

  5. Delivery and installation

Once the installation plan is approved, the team coordinates delivery, electrical connections, commissioning and handover for the site.

  6. After-sales support

The CeyCell team assists with servicing, warranty enquiries and product support according to the terms supplied with the equipment.
